EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR HOLIDAY IN FINKENNEST

Virtual check-in: We kindly ask you to provide us with your details (a copy of your ID, both front and back, as well as the names, date of birth and place of birth of your fellow travelers) in order to reduce the formalities and the associated time required at reception for the check-in to a minimum .
Room release: On the day of arrival, your room or apartment will be ready for you from 2 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your accommodation by 10 a.m.
Payment options: The bill can be paid in cash, crossed checks and credit cards (Visa, EC card, Mastercard). If you pay in cash (cash on site) you will receive a price reduction of 2% on the accommodation (note: this discount cannot be combined with last-minute prices and other price promotions). VAT changes of currently 10% must unfortunately be calculated.
Cancellation conditions: Our normal cancellation policy:
30 days before departure: free of charge; 29 to 7 days before departure: 3 daily rates; 7 days and less: full amount of the travel price. In the event of early arrival or delayed start of the journey, the entire amount will be charged.
A cancellation is only considered valid after our written cancellation confirmation.
Dogs: Dogs are accepted in most cases by prior arrangement. We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in the dining room, wellness area, swimming pool and lawn.
Daily rate: € 16.00 (without food - special cleaning on departure is included in the price).
Reservation: Your reservation is considered valid with a written booking confirmation and our reconfirmation. Reservations are only considered binding if both parties have confirmed them in writing. It is not possible for us to confirm a specific room number and floor.
